DAVID & KATHY SIEGEL
Founders
David and Kathy Siegel founded Siegel Construction & Design in 2016, drawing on more than two decades of experience transforming homes across North Atlanta. What began in 1996 as a shared passion for renovation and distinctive design has grown into a practice defined by craftsmanship, balance, and a thoughtful approach to every project.
David brings deep industry knowledge, trusted relationships, and steady leadership to each project, while Kathy’s eye for proportion, spatial flow, and timeless design ensures every home feels both refined and livable. Together, they create spaces that reflect the people who inhabit them, beautiful, functional, and enduring.
Longtime residents of Atlanta, they raised their children here and continue to draw inspiration from the community they call home. Their daughter Maggie has since joined the firm’s design team, continuing the family’s commitment to thoughtful, enduring design.

Head General Contractor & Operating and Business Manager
Caleb Rhodes and Lisa Perlin are founding members of Siegel Construction & Design, bringing craftsmanship, operational excellence, and client-focused leadership to the firm.
As Head General Contractor, Caleb draws on his extensive background in custom building and construction management to deliver projects defined by precision and enduring quality.
Lisa, the firm’s Operating and Business Manager, oversees budgeting and coordination with over 25 years of corporate management experience.
Together, Caleb and Lisa embody Siegel Construction & Design’s commitment to collaboration, transparency, and craftsmanship, ensuring every client experience is as exceptional as the spaces they create.
